Three ways
to work together
The studio works in three registers — architecture spatial design, brand development, and event production.
Each is a separate door into the same practice. Pick the one that fits, or write to me and we'll figure it out together.
Every engagement begins with a 60-minute consultation so we can scope the work properly.
Retainers and project rates are quoted after — and I take on a limited number of projects each quarter to keep the work authentic and intentional.

A decade of experience from hospitality, residential, multifamily, commercial, adaptive-reuse and tenant improvement work for global and national architecture firms, historic consulting firm based in the Midwest, developers and studios — from creative concept, vision mood boards, design presentations, materials, code study, consultants and BIM coordination for construction documents through Schematic Design, Design Development, Construction Documentation and Additional Services Request.

Proposal
A clear fee structure, timeline, and phase breakdown — hourly with retainer or T&M depending on scope.
STEP 03
Design Production
Design phase with weekly check-ins.
One minor revision included.
STEP 04
Handoff
Deliverables, files, and support through delivery of work within the project scope and intent.

End-to-end curation of intimate gatherings, craft parties, and brand activations — concept, prototyping, decor, photography, and host facilitation.

The gatherings are rooted in a grounding, hands-on experience where guests slow down and create something with their hands
